My friend’s account was signed out by mistake and she doesn’t have the verification (+996709800***) this number is not accessible from 2 months , she wants to verify new number so please help her , there is no access on apple id without number and her number is not activated, her apple id and please send reset link on this number

She needs to change the number on her Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
