Backups
Why won’t my phone back up? It says I don’t have enough storage but my phone is new and I’ve barely used any of my storage. With that being said it still won’t allow me to back up.

If you are attempting to backup to iCloud, if you had a previous phone or have other devices they may be using your free 5GB of storage. You can delete the backups of previous phones if you no longer need them. See: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
