Using voice memo or phone call I hear distorted sounds from mic recordings but on video recording it works fine, just took the phone out of the box, help.

Thanks Stanley, I have tried all steps in the article still the same with the bottom mic, while the top ones are working fine, also I’m having difficulties contacting support from Nigeria and it’s really frustrating.
