There was some interruption while using quick start feature. I continued my iPhone 11 setup without quick start. Can I use quick start feature once again to set up my new iPhone with apps and data from my old iPhone ?

How to access the quick start menu once again. As I mentioned earlier, I have set up my iPhone sans old data and with default apps. When I restart my phone the quick start menu doesn’t appear. How to go about it?
