I have a iPhone XS Max and just bought a Mac Air 2020, how can I transfer my apps from my iPhone to the Mac? Thanks.

You can not as iPhone Apps are not compatible with a Mac.

Google has not created a version of YouTube for a Mac.

If you wish to view YouTube videos, you will need to use a web browser.
