Command + ` to switch between same application is not working when caps lock is on

Was switching between the open windows of same application (vs code) using "Command + `" shortcut, it doesn't work when caps lock is on.

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.14

This works for me on macOS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G6020) with, or without the caps lock key enabled. I can readily switch between application windows. Reboot your MBP and see if the issue persists.

Many thanks for your reply, sure will try when rebooting next time. Does this mean a bug, that needs a restart?

If it were a bug, I could reproduce it here, and I cannot. Sometimes a reboot solves the unexplainable.

Thanks for the reply, I believe this issue might not be reproducible straight forward as you tried, but needs some particular steps or environment to occur. Any how will reboot and see if that works.
