Airpods warranty India - Invoice Needed?

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please help me here?

I am having issue with the Airpods 2 which I had bought from outside India. The left airpod is not working well and the right one has Mic issues as well. When I took the same to the Apple repair center based on the feedback from the Customer Service agent, the repair center(Run by Ample in India) technician was mentioning that I would need to have the invoice for the Airpod which I don't have it. They are mentioning I would need to pay Rs.1400 for checking the issue and if any issue with the airpod for the replacement, one bud will cost me close to Rs. 6000 approx. eventhough I am covered under warranty.

Can someone please tell me what I can do here as I do have one more month of warranty left for the product?

Hi Jithin,

To get an invoice or receipt, we can help out. Depending on where it was purchased, we'd recommend contacting the Reseller where you purchased these AirPods for that copy. If it was purchased from a Reseller contact their store specifically and in case it was purchased online, you can Contact Apple Support in that region. They would be able to assist with this further.
