Airpods Warranty Claim

Hello, I bought AirPods 3rd Gen in December 2021 so they are currently under warranty till December 2022. I’ve noticed that the left AirPod in particular has been noticeably quieter than the right one which ruins my experience whenever i’m in the gym. (I did get them cleaned but there’s still a significant discrepancy and distortion felt/heard in low bassier tones)

My question is that can I claim warranty on my AirPods 3rd gen and get the newly unveiled AirPods Pro 2nd gen in place of them by paying some sort of balance fees to Apple? Is it possible to get another product in AirPods lineup in exchange from Apple when claiming international warranty?
