Need Details instructions to force reload of IOS as it is current now.

You have to do this on a computer running iTunes, a PC or a Mac, it doesn’t matter. This can also be done on a Mac running Catalina via the Finder. If you don’t have a computer, ask a friend or family member if you can use theirs.

Pay close attention to the section titled Getting your device ready. You should make a backup first.
