HP Smart App Problem

I am unable to log in to my HP account through the HP Smart App. When I select the Sign In button, nothing happens. If I select the Create Account button, nothing happens. I am able to login to my HP account through HP.com. HP says it is a problem with the APP

Try uninstalling the app then re-install it.
