I’m not able to watch Apple TV without them ask me for a password and Apple ID I have a free subscription for a year it just keeps giving me the same error message I watch through my Roku stick

You have to redeem the year offer to get access to the Apple TV+ service on any device.
Once you have the subscription, it can be available on any of your devices, when you sign in to the Apple TV app with the Apple ID account that has the subscription.
That’s what I was afraid of someone once told me to delete the Apple TV app on my television and then put it back and it was working but now it doesn’t so I’m just gonna have to go through Apple Support and see what they can do thanks for your reply
The problem is that I now have a new Apple ID which is different than the one I used when I first got the Apple TV subscription I don’t remember that one so that’s why it’s giving me a lot of trouble
Then you are out of luck. Apple TV+ subscriptions cannot transferred to a different Apple ID. Sorry but your free subscription is toast.
in all things apple the appleID are your social security number all purchases and data is tied to it, if you change it it's starting over from scratch in all things apple
