why it says last back was not successful on iphone 6s

I am trying to back up manually over wifi . It says backing up abt 1 min remaining . Then it says last back up was not successful. Why is that.

Please help I want to back up and restore my device.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Because - If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
