Potential Scam Call

We received a call from an automation claiming to be Apple. They are stating that we have had a security breach of our accounts and that we should not use any Of our Apple devices. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a legitimate claim? They then state to press 1 to talk to a rep and then it hangs up.

Definite scam call.

Apple does not make such calls.

All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
