Credit from trading in Apple MacBook, not able to buy gift cards. Why?

I have a $350 trade in credit through Phobio. They took a month to pay me and I had to go buy something else for a gift and don't need $350 in a credit. Why won't Apple send me 7 x $50 gift cards? Will they if I go into a store?

What about other credit methods for Apple Trade-in? We have an enterprise level account and can not use the gift cards we receive for purchases. Though we want to be sustainable as a business and recycle through Apple, the gift cards are useless for our needs. Can we not receive a check? Or a Balance on our account? Or are there ways for us to add the gift cards as a credit on our enterprise accounts?

Purchase with Apple gift card + credit card So I recently set up my 2017 13-inch MacBook Air for trade-in to get an Apple gift card with around $135 of balance, but I was planning on buying a new MacBook Pro, can I use the $135 in the gift card and use a credit card for the payment?
