What to do About this Purchase:

• If purchased at a retailer, request to speak to the store and ask what their policy is when it comes to returning gift cards.
• If purchased online (i.e. eBay), then maybe this could be considered a scam
• If purchased in-person, then there may be nothing she can do about it, other than contacting the seller.
