Personal Health App Info Crossed Up Between Two New Family iPhones During Transfer From Old iPhones

Why do I see other family member's iPhone 11 Health App data on my iPhone 11?

My phone is logging her data with my data and combining (i.e. miles running/walking/steps, etc.) day's total.

Note: before noticing all of this, the personal Health App ID data that was transferred over to my new phone was from other family member's Health App ID and vice-versa during her respective old to new phone account transfer. This issue only happened with our Health Apps. Everything else was fine during old phone to new phone account transfers.

Very bizarre. Perhaps I may have to go into the Apple Store to get this figured out.

You probably need to have to IDs.

Apple ID - create a new.

Apple ID – Create

Family Sharing.

Family Sharing - Set up.

When changing to the new ID, there may be some data loss, but you can minimize it. If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. Messages conversations will be lost if they are addressed to the ID. See the article below for other places that the old ID should be removed. See Winston Churchill's response in the below discussion. Also set up Family Sharing between the IDs to keep access to your apps/purchases.
