HBO MAX
For some reason when I try to watch anything on the HBO max app all I get is audio with a blank screen. If I reconnect my hdmi cable I see the picture but then the show pauses and won’t play

If the issue is isolated to a single app, then the device and OS may be working perfectly, unlike the app.
You can try to
- force-quit the misbehaving app. Then relaunch, and try again.
- delete the app. Then re-download, and try again.
If the issue persists, then you will have to contact the app publisher/developer.
