Suddenly I can’t use my phone 7

I have IPhone 7, all of sudden I got banner saying cellular failure! I can’t text or call! I looked to the issue, and it looks like error on the last update! I did the steps for ITunes back up and restore. But it didn’t work!!!

I don’t know what to do!

The worst part is I work at the hospital and this issue affected patients care!!!
