Touch Bar Not Showing Up on iPad Pro 12.9 3rd Gen when running sidecar with MacOS11 and iPadOS14

I have a MacBook Air (2020 13") and an iPad Pro 12.9inch 3rd Generation. MacBook is running MacOS11 Dev Beta 4 and the iPad Pro is running iPadOS14 (18A5342e).

When using Sidecar, even though Show Touch Bar is enabled, the Touch Bar never shows up on my iPad Pro screen, no matter what app I try. The Sidebar shows up without any issues though. I have tried mirroring as well as extending my display to the iPad Pro, but it doesn't make a difference as far as the Touch Bar issue. I have also connected via Sidecar using cable and wirelessly, this also makes no difference though.

Interestingly, I have the exact same issue when using Duet Display. I have the Touch Bar enabled, but it never shows up using that program either... software is up to date on both devices.

Thank you for any advice/help anyone can offer!
