Macbook air does not turn on properly

Hi, My macbook air does turn on, Once I put my user name and password, It does not take me to desktop. The spinning wheel does not load up and my sreen is black right now as the wheel in the bottom you can see. I dont know what happend to my macbook and How can I fix it?
