iPhone space issues after deleting photos,videos, & apps

I keep getting “Storage Full” warnings on my IPhone even after I delete photos, videos, apps, etc. when I check for what is taking up space the category “Other” makes up about half my storage.

iPhone storage problem Got this message that iPhone storage is full. I have iPhone 6s 16 GB. In the photos album I have only two photos. I have deleted all other photos sometime back. I have also deleted a number of apps . At the moment I have only about six apps. Some of these like twitter, Amazon, YouTube, Uber are uninstalled ,as are files, iTunes , maps etc. Still the storage remains at 15.3/4 GB! Need your help thanks tariq

Have you cleared the “Recently Deleted” folder in Photos? Have you restarted the device.
