How do I connect my lightning headphones to my MacBook Air? My laptop has the 3.5 mm headphone jack port. Thank you for your help.

You can use a USB-C-to-Lightning audio adapter like this one. But, a standard pair of earbuds/headphones would be cheaper and not use one of the two TB3 ports on your Mac.

You'd need an adapter. However, I don't know that I've ever seen one that goes that direction. It would probably be easier to get a set of standard headphones for your Mac. Or, get a set of BT headphones you can use with both.
