I cannot download 4K videos taken from my iPhone 11. I tried uploading to iCloud, Dropbox, and directly to my computer.
iCloud - says upload error
Dropbox - says unable to upload
PC - says unable to reach phone.
The file size is almost 2 Gb. What can be done to fix this?

Ended up calling Apple support and eventually paid for the iCloud 50GB storage and was able to offload the video from cloud to PC.
not sure what caused my PC to not directly offload via USB cable. I was having issues with Windows store too which might have contributed to issue.
