I bought an ipad short,y before you guys launched the free airpods for college campaign, am i still eligible??

This is a user-to-user technical support site operated by Apple, none of the guys here can answer that and the women volunteering here can't either. You will need to call Apple and see if they will allow it but since shortly around here often means a week or more it might not be possible.
