When I attempt to play Apple TV via the app on my Vizio tv, I get a black screen. I'm signed in on the app, and the account works on my iphone and old (circa 2011) Macbook Air. We use an Amazon Firestick for our interface. Apple TV will play the promo video, but when the movie starts it's just a black screen with audio. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

We understand you are having trouble playing content on the Apple TV app using your Amazon Fire TV Stick. You have come to the right place for guidance.
First, make sure your Fire TV Stick is compatible:
Apple TV app - Devices - Apple
If it is, we recommend restarting the Amazon Fire TV Stick from its settings, and trying again.
If that doesn't work, delete the Apple TV app from the stick, download, and sign in again.
