phone frozen

Hi! my Iphonex is currently frozen on the lock screen and I am unable to restart my phone to try and fix it. I tried to hold down the power button and volume button, but it will not let me slide the bar over to shut it off. I have a song from spotify playing, so when I try to hold the lower volume button and then raise the volume button and then hold in the power button, it only turns the song up and down and then goes to siri. If anyone could help that would be great, thank you so much!

follow this link. Should be a quick press on volume up, then a quick press on volume down, then hold the power button until the apple logo shows

My iPhone X has done that 3x since April/May. Spoke to Apple Support each time. From a different device, but with COVID-19 Apple Store & all certified repair stores were closed. I was left with the option. Waiting 5-7 days before having a phone (USPS mail). It was only after my battery drained and iPhone X died completely. Once I inserted the USB-C cable for charging, iPhone X screen became responsive.

I know it will be only a matter of time before it does that again. There is a recall on our screens issue too. It just waiting for places to reopen from COVID-19.
