My apple I.D. Isn’t working

I got a message from my iPhone while trying to download an app that my Apple I.D. was no longer valid, I’m assuming this has to do with payment issues, yet I’ve cancelled all of my subscriptions. Can you please help me with this issue?? I’ve never received this message before and I need to download this app to login to work. Thank you!

Your Apple ID isn't valid in the App Store/iTunes? If not there, where is it invalid?


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
