Purchased bad app
I purchased VircorX and it does not work. The first step is to enter my email and phone. I immediately got the message Error. Sorry, a transient error occurred please try again. I did with both my email & cell phone and have been getting the same response. I contacted support and have yet to hear back. If they don’t respond how do I get my money back? Is there a way to contact apple support to reverse the charges. Thanks
