My iPhone 8 was stolen. I had buy a new I phone and I tried the find my eye phone app and my google location and its as if it never existed. I have all my information wrote down and I used it almost daily anyway. I need to recover very important stuff from that phone. How do I do this.

Do you have a backup you can restore from?
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
Have you signed into Settings/Your Name/iCloud using the same Apple ID and turned syncing on? The sync is very, very slow.
