Unable to install files app on ipad

My files app offloaded and i tried reinstalling it but it says “Unable to install Files, please try again later”. I am using an iPad (6th generation) with the version 13.4.1. Please help me, i really need the files app to see my documents.

The nature of your problem is unclear - but your currently installed version of iPadOS is clearly several versions behind.

As iPadOS 13.6 is current, I suggest that you update your iPad. The update might resolve the issue that you are experiencing.
