White Screen on iPhone 3gs

Hello i have an iphone 3gs which has not been used since 2013 and yesterday i wanted to switch to işt for a week because i miss ios 2-6 butt as always there was a problem i connected it to a charger and waited it to have enough charge to open and see if it still works 30 mins later i went to open it but i onl got a white screen and nothing else so i wondered if itunes will see it sadly my pc didnt wanna cooperate so i fired up my old macbook (the plastic one that was simply a 13' macbook pro) and it did see it but at the time i did not get rid of my password so even itunes didnt help and all the ribbon cables are still intact but i fear that it may be because the screen is broken.

TL;DR: iPhone 3gs can connect to itunes and makes the noise but displays a white screen and all ribon cables are fine and well seated

Hi baris34,

Thanks for being part of Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're trying to boot up your iPhone 3GS and it's only displaying a white screen. Let's see how we can help.

Since the display is only showing a white screen, this resource may be able to help:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

If that does not resolve your issue, it's possible that there is an issue with your display. However, options for service on this device no longer exist. This device is considered obsolete and Apple has discontinued all hardware service for obsolete products, with no exceptions. Service providers also cannot order parts for obsolete products. Vintage and obsolete products

Hope that answers your question.
