iPhone 11 camera not working

got my iPhone 11 last December ever since the beginning of this year the 1x and 2x cameras have stopped working in all apps I’ve taken it to the service centres and everytime they would just reset it and I would lose everything they even replaced the camera (or they claimed to) cannot replace this because I got it from abroad but my warranty will expire by the end of this year I’ve tried everything on the net but nothing has worked please help I’ve got this phone exclusively for the camera
