I have an iPhone XR since almost 2 months. The thing is, it’s the second time I put it under my pillow while I’m sleeping, and when I wake up the phone is overheated and has lost almost all his battery percentage. Can anyone tell me if this happens with all the iPhones of this model? Or is it just the mine?

Using an iOS device in very cold conditions outside of its operating range might temporarily shorten battery life and could cause the device to turn off. Battery life will return to normal when you bring the device back to higher ambient temperatures. Using an iOS device in very hot conditions can permanently shorten battery life.

I have air contitioning in my room, so the average temperature is in 23C. I guess under the pillow it’s a little warmer but... I don’t think that’s the problem. Anyway.m, I’ll just stop doing it. Thanks for your answer
