Why is my iPhone 11 automatically puts my calls on speaker? When I turn it off I hear no sound but all other sound features work!!

Settings > General > Accessibility > Call Audio Routing > [Set it to] Automatic

When I make calls, my iPhone automatically goes to speaker. If I take it off speaker I don’t hear any sound!
