Can’t log into iCloud

Hi there. I have 2 phones on the same ID. Have for a while with no issues but after the recent iOS update I have to enter password and it wouldn’t accept. Logged out on my phone and now can’t log in again. Password is correct: I can log in on App Store but not into iCloud. Just keeping getting the message:

It sounds like you are not able to sign in to iCloud on your iPhone after signing out. We can help you get signed in again.
