Facetime bright exposure lighting

This usually occurs when I’m in the car, but The exposure of lighting becomes too bright where my face gets washed out. Is there anyway to adjust this for facetime? Regular photos and videos are fine, only happening during FACETIME. Just making sure this is clear. This is my second iphone 11 pro, both have the same issue.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Hello Savs629,

Thanks for the post! As we understand it, you're finding that your FaceTime video appears to be washed out, and it primarily happens when in a vehicle. Is that right?

If you've found it seems to happen consistently on multiple devices in similar conditions, this may be normal. Lighting conditions would have a big impact on how the image looks. If you remove any cases or anything that could be covering your camera, does that make a difference?

Let us know what you find.

Take care.
