iMessage and FaceTime problems

I've been trying to log into my iMessage and FaceTime on my laptop but it just keeps showing me this error. I have everything activated and have logged into the Apple ID website multiple times, so I don't really understand what's going on..

I tried all of those, nothing works. My FaceTime keeps saying there are no reachable accounts connected to my Apple ID even though I have logged into the website and have multiple reachable accounts connected.
