Create my own skin for

Hi guys, I wanted to ask something. Is it okay for me to change skin of something in logic pro(like ES2, or something). Does Logic Pro allow us to do modification on it. I love to use ES2, but the interface is quit old. Other instrument like ultrabeat design is tiring in the eyes too. I want to design my own ES2 and ultrabeat.
