We are not Apple and cannot do estimates sight-unseen, and I still do not know what you mean by "skin."

Can you post a picture of the damage?

If "skin" is the aluminum case, I know from other posts here that the display case replacement alone fro a Retina MacBook Pro is US$500-$650 because the display case is a sealed unit. You cannot replace the metal shell without replacing everything inside.

If also replacing the deck/chassis (holds the keyboard, trackpad, and ports), and the bottom cover, those could add up to total charges close to the cost of new computer.

If this is accidental damage and you have homeowners/renters insurance, such insurance often covers accidental damage to your tech. Place you policy carrier on notice of a loss.
