Freeing up storage
How do I free up storage on my phone if it says this

Back up your iPhone to your computer and then restore the iPhone from your backup and see if it reduces Other.
Also make sure you click on the Apple Support link at the top right of this page and report the problem to Apple, they want to hear from people who have had this issue.
