Two Watch Pairings in Health App

In my health app, when I click on

Apple Watch, it says that the watch is no longer paired with my iPhone, yet it still receives my health data from the device.

I also have another “Apple Watch” listed and paired under Devices, but there is no data listed with this pairing.

How can this be fixed?

Unless it’s properly paired, I can’t see my heart rate during or right after my workouts. I keep getting prompted to activate my HealthKit.

Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS 6

Hello HillEm5,

It sounds like you are seeing multiple Watches in the device list within the Health app and they may not be correct. You can first try to remove the devices that are no longer connected to your iPhone.

Once you've removed the devices that aren't connected, restart both your Apple Watch and your iPhone to see if it'll report your data correctly. This article may help:

Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch
