When my phone is on silent i can still hear the photo click sound

If your iPhone is muted using the Ring/Silent switch on the side of your iPhone and you're still hearing the shutter sound, this function may be disabled.

Adjust the volume of the shutter sound with the Ringer and Alerts settings in Settings > Sounds. Or mute the sound using the Ring/Silent switch. (In some countries, muting is disabled.)

The shutter sound it mandated in a number of countries. What is the model number of your iPhone? Check Settings > General > About > Model. If the model number starting with an A is showing tap on it to show the other number and post that here.

That is what I suspected, you may have purchased that phone in Turkey but it was originally sold in Japan and their laws do not allow the camera shutter sound to be turned off.

I have an Iphone 11 and my model is MWLT2TU/A but when I turn on the silent mode I can’t hear it.

That would be because your iPhone is not from Japan.
