Someone’s Apple ID password is required for verificaton on all of my apps on my Apple TV 4K

I bought an Apple TV 4K from someone on facebook market. The TV works fine, but there’s one problem. When i try to open an app, it asks for the password of the previous owner of the Apple TV. I did a factory reset on the TV and this still happened. I erased all the previously used emails but my problem still persists! Please help, I really want to use my Apple TV. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!

Your factory reset may not have been done properly. If it was done, then it would have erased all personal settings, including previously used accounts and any chosen installs of apps.

After a proper reset, you will have to do the setup, as if it were new.
