Apple TV/Apple ID

My Apple TV has recently began prompting me to enter the password for an Apple ID that has been removed from the device over a year ago, multiple times a day (the Apple ID it’s prompting to login belongs to my ex husband’s, so you can see why it would be frustrating). In the settings, I am the default user and there are no additional users. I have reset the Apple TV to factory settings and I’m still having the same issue. Can someone please help me?
