Storage space

Hello,

I already have a space 200 GB of iCloud for my photos and my İPhone storage space is full but i can’t find something to delete. I noticed that my photos occupy a place of almost 5 GB in my İPhone storage, i want to transfer it to İCloud but even if i back up(tow) i can’t transfer it.
