My touch screen on my iphone isnt working, can i back up my iphone another way so that i can get a new phone but keep everything? Have tried restart etc to get the screen to start with no luck.

Have you been syncing with and/or backing up to your computer and you previously trusted it? If yes, when you connect your iPhone to your computer you should get one more backup. If no there is no way for you to do so.
