I had an android phone on the Total Wireless Network. I bought an Iphone 11 and switched the SIM card to the Iphone. I'm having problems so. Total Wireless told me to get a new SIM card (Bring your own phone SIM Card). If I put the new SIM card in my Iphone 11, will I loose any information etc? How do I make sure I don't loose anything? Thank you!
