Unable to move videos from iCloud for Windows

I'm not able to move videos from my iPhone/iCloud to a Windows PC. I installed the iCloud for Windows and have the latest Windows 10 version. When I try to open videos from iCloud Photos folder or copy them to another location on the PC I either get the message "Error 0x800701AA: The cloud operation was not completed before the time-out period expired" or "Error 0x8007017C: The cloud operation was invalid". A couple of videos were copied, but they are corrupted some how and only show a green screen when opened. Can anybody help? It's starting to get very exhausting to take backups from the phone to the PC... My phone is iPhone 11 (basic) if that matters. Thanks!

Windows, Windows 10

Hi there,

It sounds like you're wanting to get photos from your iPhone and iCloud to sync with your PC, but run into some errors. Start with the steps mentioned here:

If your iCloud Photos aren't loading on your PC

If it continues, be sure your computer and iTunes program is up to date, then download and reinstall the iCloud software.

Download iCloud for Windows

We hope this is helpful.

Take care!
