App store/YouTube problem

I have an iPhone XR and i’m from Bosnia and Herzegovina. For the last 3 days i could not open YouTube app, actually, when i opened it, all i could see was YouTube logo and loading circle.

Today i uninstall YT app, and went into App store to download it again, but i could not find app in search. (Only YouTube for Kids).

Furthermore, when i try to find App Store download link on Safari, and try to open that link, i get message something like “YouTube is not available in your country”.
