Apple ID Has Been Disabled


Please select the one you feel is best suited to your problem:


  1. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
  2. If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
  3. If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple …
  4. Apple ID is Disabled - Apple Club
  5. Apple ID- "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears
  6. Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
  7. What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support


Contact iTunes Support using this form or scroll to the bottom of this page and follow the screens until you find a chat and/or telephone option.  Pick any problem to select an option. Also, see Starting an online chat with Apple Support or Apple  Support  using  Twitter.

See If you see a message 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856. This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Insteadcontact Apple Support for help.”

 

Try using the Apple recommended support link above first. But, this site is down/not fully functional very often. Use the support options I give below if necessary.
